PERRY A. SHEA, PE
Perry has 25 years of experience in the transportation and civil engineering fields having managed multi-disciplinary planning and design teams for both public- and private-sector clients. With experience in the transportation and land development arenas, Perry is able to leverage both disciplines to create and deliver successful results for his clients, including all facets of transportation planning, corridor design, and land development services. His experience covers the full spectrum of transportation planning, design, and operational studies for municipal and private-sector clients throughout the Western United States. Perry's civil engineering and land development experience also covers a diversified client base and project portfolio that includes residential master plan communities, commercial centers, institutional campus development, urban redevelopment, office parks, industrial sites, and public facilities.
Through his experience Perry has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in the processes and procurement requirements for multi-jurisdictional projects involving federal, state, and local agency funds. His funding experience has positioned him as a leader in preparing numerous traffic mitigation programs, implementation plans and public/private partnership agreements for developer and local agency projects.
One of Perry's strongest traits is his ability to artfully and professionally facilitate complex planning processes. He finds it particularly rewarding to guide clients through the challenges and perils of a project's "life-cycle." How does he do it?
