SCJ engages clients in a discovery process as its staff systematically maneuver through each project’s planning, design, and implementation stages. Most projects are influenced by local political perspectives, competition for limited resources, and stakeholder expectations. This requires an open, coordinated approach to deliver a project that aligns with these community priorities. We develop plans that anticipate emerging needs and priorities, work with the client to envision projects that enhance the livability of their community, and then create a design that meets the goals identified through this process.
