We are constantly striving to improve the efficiency and overall project sustainability.

What makes a project LEED? To become a certified LEED project you need to obtain a certain amount of points. To earn the points there are a number of credits that must be achieved. Some things that affect the points include eliminating waste leaving the job site, re-using existing material, using regional materials, locating the project close to public transportation, reducing the water and energy consumption, using low-emitting materials, and many others. Our experienced staff can help out in what can be a pretty complicated process to make a project LEED certified. |
