Asset Management (ABLE)

The problem of document and project management has been eternal. At Shea Carr Jewell we have had to deal with these issues in our day-to-day activities. The problem of effective and timely access to documents and project specifics has become more difficult as we migrate from hard-copy paper to portable digital information.

Our specific services generally address assets, buildings, land and entitlements in a scalable method to address a growing client list and their needs, timely and frequently, while away from the office. We call this system ABLE: Assets, Buildings, Land, Entitlements.

ABLE allows us to drill down into a project or a client's specifics through reports from a database or through visual cues found in maps and plans. We use terminology familiar to the property centric.

We are pleased to offer ABLE as a service to our clients. Using a logical, organized approach, we utilize today's tools to provide a system of document and information management that is scalable, stable, approachable, and do-able to assist in managing assets, buildings, land, and entitlements. ABLE enables document retrieval and reporting of information across the breadth and depth of your organization to allow for effective management of maintenance and return, in other words it allows you to become ABLE to do your job better.
